Refund Policy & Shipping

At Bedtime Tail we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase order number.

We pride ourselves in our quality of service. Therefore, we ask that you please contact us immediately if you notice something wrong with your item or its packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@bedtimetail.com for a return shipping label, we will then guide you through the returns process.

Let us know if you’d prefer a replacement product rather than your money back. That way as soon as your original item is returned, we can have an exchange sent out within the following 24 hours.

Once received and inspected, authorised returns are normally approved and automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please consider return delivery times, which may take longer than usual during high seasons such as Christmas. And remember it can sometimes take 5-7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process a refunded payment.  

We offer standard rate UK (only) shipping on all purchases, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days during normal service.

Christmas Orders & Delivery 

For arrival by December 24th please place all orders before December 18th . Orders placed between December 19th -26th will be dispatched December 27th, 28th & 29th

Orders placed after December 29th will be dispatched on January 4th, whereby all normal services will resume.
